Mellanox support ने tested passive copper cables और SFP28 modules के लिए ConnectX-4 Lx firmware release notes की तरफ इशारा किया, और spec-compliant cables से कोई issue न होने की उम्मीद जताई भले ही HPE 5950 specifically test नहीं किया गया था; HPE की datasheet अपनी tested cables list करती है।
