Un client équipé d'un transceiver 10Gtek ASF-10G-T 10GBASE-T ne pouvait pas lire son EEPROM : ethtool -m ens802f0 renvoyait Cannot get module EEPROM information: Operation not supported. Le constructeur l'attribuait à une incompatibilité de versions de firmware entre la carte réseau et le transceiver. Matériel concerné : carte réseau 10G (non précisée), 10Gtek ASF-10G-T 10GBASE-T.
