Debian：rmmod ixgbe；modprobe ixgbe allow_unsupported_sfp=1，再通过在 /etc/modprobe.d/ixgbe.conf 里写 options ixgbe allow_unsupported_sfp=1 使其永久生效。
FreeBSD/OPNsense：把 hw.ix.unsupported_sfp=1 加到 /boot/loader.conf.d/ix.conf 里，然后重启。
适用于任何操作系统的一劳永逸做法：用 ethtool 把 EEPROM 偏移地址 0x58 处的值从 0xfc 改成 0xfd。
