Dell 브랜드 X520-DA2에서 Flypro 10GBASE-T SFP+ no carrier 고치기: Debian, FreeBSD/OPNsense

Debian: rmmod ixgbe; modprobe ixgbe allow_unsupported_sfp=1로 하고, /etc/modprobe.d/ixgbe.conf에 options ixgbe allow_unsupported_sfp=1을 넣어서 영구 적용.
FreeBSD/OPNsense: /boot/loader.conf.d/ix.conf에 hw.ix.unsupported_sfp=1을 추가하고 재부팅.
OS에 상관없는 영구 해결책은 ethtool로 EEPROM 오프셋 0x58을 0xfc에서 0xfd로 바꾸는 겁니다.
