DAC SFP Dell disabilitato come non supportato sul Catalyst 9500-48Y4C; il Cisco SFP-H25G-CU3M funziona

L'autore ha collegato un server Dell a un Cisco Catalyst C9500-48Y4C (IOS XE 17.9.3) usando un DAC Dell L56SF018-SD-R da 3 m (DAC-SFP-3M). Il cavo non è nella matrice di compatibilità ottiche di Cisco, e 'show interface status' mostra la porta TwentyFiveGigE1/0/35 come err-disabled. Il logging mostra '%TRANSCEIVER-6-INSERTED: C1/0: iomd: transceiver module inserted in TwentyFiveGigE1/0/35' seguito da '%TRANSCEIVER-3-NOT_SUPPORTED: C1/0: iomd: Detected for transceiver module in TwentyFiveGigE1/0/35, module disabled'. Abilitare 'service unsupported-transceiver' globalmente e configurare 'fec cl108' non ha cambiato nulla. L'autore chiedeva se esistesse un qualche workaround per il cavo Dell.
