J9283B J9731A module पर supported है; non-genuine cables को allow-unsupported-transceiver चाहिए होगा (WB.16.02 से available), तो पहले firmware upgrade करो और reboot करो।
DAC और SR module को A1 और A2 के बीच बदलकर देखो कि fault cable के साथ चलती है या नहीं। अगर हां, तो cable defective है और warranty में बदली जानी चाहिए।
