Proxmox 跑在带 X520 rNDC 的 Dell R720 上：ixgbe allow_unsupported_sfp=1 对 Cisco SR 模块不起作用

一台带集成i350/X520子卡的Dell R720，跑Proxmox VE；在别处能正常使用的Cisco原厂10G多模LC SFP+模块，在这台设备上被判定为不受支持而拒绝。在模块选项里加上options ixgbe allow_unsupported_sfp=1没有任何明显效果。回帖者带着提问者过了一遍GRUB内核参数（/etc/default/grub加grub-mkconfig）、用fdisk -l检查是否是EFI启动，以及systemd-boot路径（在/etc/kernel/cmdline里加ixgbe.allow_unsupported_sfp=1，然后执行pve-efiboot-tool refresh），但楼主反馈这些都没用。
