SFP Doctor: write access लॉक न हो तो SFP OUI और identity पढ़ने-बदलने के लिए open hardware/software

SFP/SFP+ EEPROM पढ़ने और बदलने का open-source hardware/software project। इसका मकसद OUI और दूसरे identity fields बदलना है ताकि जहाँ vendor ने write access पूरी तरह बंद न की हो वहाँ module third-party transceivers के साथ चले। USB interface के लिए Cypress CY8CKIT-059 board इस्तेमाल होता है। नोट्स लिखे जाने तक hardware बनकर टेस्ट हो चुका था, लेकिन desktop software अभी काम नहीं कर रहा था।
