Nexus 93108TC-FX3P: QSFP-100G-CU1M link सिर्फ तब up होता है जब speed cable लगाने से पहले set की जाए
NX-OS 9.3(11) पर दो Cisco Nexus 93108TC-FX3P switches genuine QSFP-100G-CU1M DACs से जुड़े हैं पर link कभी up नहीं होता। compatibility matrix कहता है कि यह cable NX-OS 9.3.5 से supported है। port config एक plain 'switchport mode trunk' / 'no shutdown' है, और 'show interface eth1/54 transceiver details' cable को सही पहचानता है: 'type is QSFP-100G-CR4', 'name is CISCO-LEONI', 'part number is L45593-D218-D10', 'cisco product id is QSFP-100G-CU1M', 'cisco part number is 37-1666-01', 'DOM is not supported'। चार अलग-अलग cables आज़माए गए और FEC disable किया गया, बिना कामयाबी के। port को hard-code करने की कोशिश करते वक्त, poster को पता चला कि cable लगे रहते हुए speed/duplex/negotiation commands उपलब्ध ही नहीं होते।

interfaces के नीचे speed और duplex हाथ से set करो। चूंकि DAC लगे रहते हुए speed command reject हो जाता है, मैंने cable निकाली, पहले port पर 'speed' configure किया, फिर cable वापस लगाई, और 100G link तुरंत up हो गया।
मैंने Cisco TMG compatibility matrix चेक किया, यह NX-OS 9.3.5 से supported है। क्या cable खराब हो सकती है? क्या ports admin down हैं? क्या switch cable को पहचानता भी है?
