QSFP28 4x25G AOC breakouts stop working after Onyx 3.9 to 3.10 upgrade: Cable speed not enabled
Mellanox-branded Q-4S28AO03 3 m QSFP28 AOC 1x4 breakout cables (100G with FEC) that worked under Onyx 3.9.1908 stopped linking after an upgrade to Onyx 3.10.x. The ports reported Cable speed not enabled and, with auto speed, Negotiation failure; supported speeds showed 1G/10G/25G but the actual speed stayed unknown. The cables were MLAG members.

Hard-code speed and duplex on both ends and run fae cable-stamping-unlock eth_100g in configuration mode to lift the cable stamping check; otherwise open a support casse. Not confirmed as fixed (support contract had lapsed).
