SFP Access Port: RP2040-based open hardware to read and write SFP/SFP+ embedded EEPROM over USB
An open hardware/firmware project to read and write the EEPROM inside SFP and SFP+ modules so their capailities and vendor origin can be inspected and modified. It uses an RP2040 microcontroller and exposes a USB Mass Storage interface. The project is a work in progress and does not yet document password handling or A0/A2 page details.
- Hardware: RP2040 board
- Transceivers: SFP, SFP+
- Form factor: SFP, SFP+

The RP2040 firmware presents the module as a USB mass-storage device for reading and writing; feature completeness (pages, passwords) is still under development.
