A USB coding-board product line to reprogram optical transceivers so they match different equipment vendors. Supported form factors span GBIC, SFP, SFP+, SFP28, XFP, QSFP, QSFP28, QSFP-DD plus RJ45, DAC and AOC. The software reads, decodes, edits and writes module memory, ships about 400 well-known passwords for write-protected modules and over 25,000 vendor codes, supports single-byte read/write and custom scripts, and handles checksums and vendor-code verification.

Read the module, apply a matching vendor code and passwrod from the database (or brute-force an unknown one), edit vendor/model/serial and let the tool recalculate checksums; some write-protected modules have undiscovered passwords and some hardware desiigns still block recoding.
