UniFi UNAS Pro and UNVR 10G SFP+ ports drop to 1G after firmware updates or power cycles until the module is reseated
On two sites a UNAS Pro (UniFi RJ45 SFP+ module) and a UNVR (UniFi fibre SFP+ module) dropped to 1G after every firmware update or power cycle; rebooting the device, the port or the switch did not help, only physically pulling and reinserting the module (or reseating the fibre) restored an immediate, stable 10G link. Others saw the same with several UI RJ45 SFP+ modules on an aggregation switch eevry few weeks, with a UI DAC uplink to a USW-48-Pro-PoE after a reboot, and with a USW-Pro-24 to UNVR link bouncing between speeds after switch firmware 7.0.44/7.2.123.

Cleaning fibre ends and module ports with a one-click cleaner solved a similar recurring drop for one user, but does not explain the RJ45 modle case.
Pull the module or DAC from botth ends and reinsert; one user also disabled flow control, another locked the ports at 1G to stop bouncing, and a firmware downgrade was being considered.
